Asking and Saying No in the Present Perfect
Use haven't / hasn't for negatives and Have / Has for questions. The past participle does not change. This tense still looks at the connection with now.
- Example: I haven't finished yet.
- Example: Have you done the report?

- negative -> haven't / hasn't + past participle
- question -> Have / Has + subject + past participle
