🧭 Ask the Missing Part (Wh- Questions)

Wh- questions help you ask for one special piece of information. Use where for place, what for things, who for people, and how for condition or age. After the question word, the sentence still needs the right to be form.

  • Example: Where is your book?
  • Example: Who are those people?

Quick Rule

  • where = place
  • what = thing or idea
  • who = person
  • how = condition, age, or way

Ask the missing part, and the sentence will tell you the secret.
